Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy Lead

Olivia leads on child sexual abuse and exploitation policy for the Centre for Social Justice and has a particular specialism in the detection and removal of open web indecent images of children. She has previously advised both the Anti-Slavery Commissioner and the Home Secretary on crime, safeguarding and vulnerability policy. In her role as Special Adviser in the Home Office, she oversaw the drafting and direction of key legislation including the Online Harms Bill and Domestic Abuse Bill. She has also worked as Head of Political Research for the Conservative Party and as a Director of a strategy and communications consultancy.
